Boys Boys Boys. . .

~Sept, 2012
We had some visitors over and of course A and E were bouncing off the walls. Head butting their legs, jumping on their back and freaking out. So I chucked them both in the kitchen and told them, "You are out of control." Angrily A turns to me, hands on his hips and snaps, "No Mom! YOU are out of control!"

A comes up to me and tells me very officially, "Mom, I'm smarter than you. I'm not smarter than Dad, but I am smarter than you."

A and E were wrestling today and it was A's day. He was doing really good keeping his little brother subdued, although E put up a pretty good fight. Once they were finished, Daddy and I told E he did a really good job! He looked over at Daddy M angrily from the floor and said, "No, I din not!!" he flailed his arms on the ground and continued, "He's still alive!"

E and A were playing T-ball today with A's new gear. I of course laid down the rules. No hitting anyone with the bat. No swinging at the ball until every body and body part is clear. Simple enough. Not 5 minutes into it, I hear a blood curdling scream from A. E runs inside, eyes big, and says, "I din'n know what I was doing!" Big brother had a pretty good goose egg on his head.

Thanks for the Help

Easter Weekend Part 2

I'll just jump right into this. We were cold. We were somewhat happy and we were in and out pretty fast. Enjoy the remaining photos!
We had to hit up the cow ride of course. Ethan wasn't invited. I had this image in my head of both the boys sitting down nicely going around the course and then Ethan all of the sudden deciding that he was done. He would just stand up and try to crawl out, inevitably falling out and most likely getting run over by the rest of the train. AND that is why he stayed with me and played. :)
We cuddled in my coat.
Decided we were too good for my coat and ran.

Found a fun place to stick our head and had an overall good time!

Ayden returned....
and we made our way to another station.
We found a line for the bouncy house and waited.
"Boys! Smile!. . . Ethan come on. Its not that bad. Smile!. . . No?? Fine then."
Ayden made it into the bouncy house and played for about 3 minutes. There were a lot of big kids in there knocking him around so he didn't have as much fun as he usually does.

After that all of us were done. We rushed our blue fingers, runny noses and crazy hair back to the car so we could take some more  pictures!

I absolutley LOVE all those pictures. You are such a good mom to take your boys out to have some fun even if you are cold!! I especially like the hats those boys are sporting!! : ) Glad they fit. You will always be grateful that you spent the time playing with these guys. What a fun mom you are. Have a great week.

Also.... just so you know. The boys and Melissa read your blog every day. They even have their friends read it. They don't leave comments but I see them reading it and laughing about some of the adventures you write about. Thanks so much for taking the time to do this.
